“Achieving my goals” – Craig

I approached Ted because I wanted to have some guidance from someone experienced in training and fitness.  Ted helps me by keeping me motivated and supplying all the information and support I need to achieve my goals.

Thanks to Ted I am achieving many of my goals I am setting whether it be fitness or racing goals.  I would highly recommend Ted to anyone who needs to get started with their fitness journey or need some guidance or training plans for upcoming events.
